Our Standard system does not have a charge for onboarding. The only fee you pay is the simple annual fee for your chosen modules.

Support from our team is available 9-5 on every business day and is included in your Gifted Animals subscription. You can reach us via a web-ticketing service, email, or telephone. It is the same team that onboarded you, and we're more than happy to help with any request, big or small.

Absolutely. If you want to include the fundraising and events modules in your system, we can switch on the appropriate dashboards, and you'll have access to all the functionality you need in one user-friendly Gifted Animals system. It's as easy as that.

None. We offer unlimited records for animals and contacts for every version of Gifted Animals. You can also easily add any species of animal to your system.

Of course, the depth of the data depends on the modules you have selected, with Pro modules providing more depth and capability than the Standard version.

You can securely access your Gifted system from anywhere on any device. Log in through any web browser, and your system will automatically adjust to suit the screen size you are working with. Some functions are slightly more effective on touch screens, and some on computers.

Gifted is ultra-flexible and can deal with any species you throw at it. The system allows you to easily add your own species. If you have specific data fields and information you'd like to capture that are unique to that species, we can add those for you.
