Each Additional Module is designed to integrate with your core system seamlessly, adding capability without adding complexity. Taking on an Additional module will bring more of your day-to-day work into your system, removing silos and unifying your work.

Our Standard system does not have a charge for onboarding. The only fee you pay is the simple annual fee for your chosen modules.

Our Enterprise offering involves bespoke configuration and will include our expert implementation process. Prices depend on the breadth and depth of customisation.

Support from our team is available 9-5 on every business day and is included in your Gifted Animals subscription. You can reach us via a web-ticketing service, email, or telephone. It is the same team that onboarded you, and we're more than happy to help with any request, big or small.

Out-of-hours support is available upon request.

Our team will train you to ensure you are knowledgeable and confident in navigating and using your new system. We also provide digital walkthrough videos within your system to help train and support your users with one click.

Absolutely. If you want to include the fundraising and events modules in your system, we can switch on the appropriate dashboards, and you'll have access to all the functionality you need in one user-friendly Gifted Animals system. It's as easy as that.

None. We offer unlimited records for animals and contacts for every version of Gifted Animals. Of course, the depth of the data depends on the modules you have selected, with Enterprise systems typically providing more depth and capability than the Standard version.
